Why 30 Inches Wide Matters

Most DTF transfer suppliers print on 22-inch film. Our custom gang sheets are a full 30 inches wide — that's 36% more print area per linear foot.

In practice, a 30-inch sheet fits three 9.75-inch adult designs side by side where a 22-inch sheet fits only two. You gang more designs per foot, waste less film, and lower your cost per print.

How Gang Sheet Pricing Works

A gang sheet is one large piece of DTF film holding as many designs as you can fit. You pay for the film, not per design — so the more you gang onto a sheet, the lower your effective cost per transfer.

Choose your length below. Every sheet is 30 inches wide; only the length changes.

Free Shipping With No Minimum

Shipping is free on every order, at any size. There is no minimum spend, no threshold to reach, and no qualifying order value. A single 1-foot sheet ships free just like a 10-foot roll.

Artwork Requirements — Please Read Before Ordering

We print your file exactly as submitted. We do not review, proof, edit, or correct artwork before printing. Your file goes to press as-is, so please make sure it is print-ready before you upload.

We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by artwork that was not properly prepared. This includes low resolution, incorrect color, misspellings, cut-off elements, or the transparency issues described below.

No Semi-Transparent Areas

DTF printing uses a white ink underbase, and that underbase prints solid or not at all. Partially transparent pixels do not reproduce smoothly — they come out speckled, grainy, or patchy.

Avoid all of the following:

  • Glows, auras, or halos that fade out into transparency
  • Drop shadows that fade to transparent
  • Feathered, blurred, or soft edges
  • Gradients that fade from color to transparent
  • Reduced layer opacity (anything below 100%)
  • Anti-aliased edges left over from a poor background removal

Solid edges only. Every pixel in your design should be either fully opaque or fully transparent. Gradients between two solid colors print beautifully — the problem is only fading into transparency.

File Requirements

  • Format: PNG with a transparent background (preferred). PDF and TIFF also accepted.
  • Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size
  • Sizing: Build your file at the exact size you want it printed
  • Spacing: Leave at least 0.25 inches between designs for cutting
  • Color: RGB is fine; we convert for print

If you are unsure whether your file will print correctly, place it on a bright background in your design software and zoom in on the edges. If you see soft fading or a checkered pattern showing through, it needs to be fixed first.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don't know how to make a gang sheet?

Use our free gang sheet builder at the top of this page. It runs in your browser — drag your designs in, resize, arrange, and download. No software to install and no design experience needed.

How wide are your DTF gang sheets?

Every sheet is 30 inches wide. Length options run from 1 foot to 10 feet.

Do you have a minimum order?

No. You can order a single 1-foot gang sheet, and shipping is still free.

Do you check my artwork before printing?

No. Files are printed exactly as submitted, with no review or correction. Please confirm your artwork is print-ready before uploading.

Why can't my design have a glow or faded edge?

DTF uses a white ink underbase that prints solid or not at all. Semi-transparent pixels print speckled and rough rather than smoothly faded. Keep every edge fully solid.

Should I choose hot peel or cold peel?

Hot peel is faster for production runs — peel immediately after pressing. Cold peel gives a softer hand and slightly more vibrant finish, but you wait 1-2 minutes for the transfer to cool. Both cost the same.

Do the designs come pre-cut?

No. Gang sheets ship as one continuous roll so your order goes to press faster instead of sitting in a trim queue. Leave 0.25 inches between designs in your layout and cut them apart with scissors.

How many designs fit on a gang sheet?

As many as you can fit within 30 inches of width and your chosen length. As a guide, one linear foot holds roughly three 9.75-inch designs, seven 4-inch designs, or up to sixty-five 2-inch designs.

What file format should I upload?

PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI works best. PDF and TIFF are also accepted.
